摘　　要： 本文综述了茴香精油在抗菌、抗氧化、杀虫、医药、日化以及食品添加剂等方面的应用,简单介绍了茴香精油的开发现状和应用前景。 This paper reports the application study of fennel essential oil on antibacterial, antioxidative and insecticidal activity, medical, daily chemical product and food additives, The exploitative circumstance and application perspective of fennel essential oil are briefly introduced.
