摘 要: 果实在不同的贮藏温度条件下进行涂膜试验,结果表明,在15℃条件下,贮藏3个月柑橘果实失重率超过13%;在11℃条件下的呼吸率最低,乙烯、乙醇和乙醛含量也最低;在5℃条件下的果实外观最好;在2℃条件下的果实有低温伤害,贮藏3个月后在17℃条件下放置7天的果实不可食率非常高。 In this paper,eitrus fruit were treated with different temperatures,the results showed that the weight loss rate in citrus fruit is over 13% at 15℃.At 11℃,the respiration rate and the content of ethylene,ethanol and acetaldehyde are the least.The appearance of citrus fruit is the best at 5℃ and fruits have the freezing injure at 2℃.After 3 months stored at 2℃ and an additional 7 days of shelf life at 17℃,the rate of inredihle fruits is typically high.The content of acid in eitrus fruit coated with budshine A and stured for 4 months stored at 5℃ and an additional 7 days of shelf life at 17℃ decreased.But acetaldehyde.weight loss and rots rate of fruit of the same treatment increased.
