ABA对花生胚离体发育的调节

摘  要: 实验结果表明,ABA使花生离休胚处于胚性状态、抑制早萌并继续发育,ABA的作用与其浓度有关。ABA促进贮藏蛋白的合成,这种调控作用与胚的发育阶段有关。ABA也促进了花生胚热稳定蛋白的合成和累积. Results from this experiment showed that peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) embryos was in embryonic phase and continued to develop normally in vitro when exogenous ABA was exerted. Exogenous ABA played an role in preventing the precocious germination of peanut embryos in vitro .but its effect changed with its concentration exerted and was dependent of the development stage of embryos in vivo collected. The synthesis of storage proteins was promoted by exogenous ABA,the regulation of this promotion turned from the level of translation of gene in the early developmental stage to that of post-translation in the later stage. The synthesis and accumulation of heat-stable proteins of embryos in vitro was also promoted by exogenous ABA.
