摘　　要： 交通与土地利用一体化规划与管理,大体上有两大类方法:一是通过交通与土地利用一体化规划,减少交通量;二是制定一系列的交通需求管理措施。在理论与模型研究方面,交通与土地利用一体化规划模型的研究较广泛,在实践方面,则主要通过发展战略、规划理念和具体的规划管理措施等体现。 There are roughly two maior ways for planning and management of Integration of traffic and land utilization.One Is to reduce traffic by integration planning of traffic and land utilization and the other is to work out a series of management measures for traffic needs.As far as theoretical and model study Is concerned,the study on the model of the planning integration of traffic and land use has wider application.Its practice is reflected by its development strategy,planning concept and concrete measures for planning management,etc.
