摘　　要： 高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构。充分发挥高校图书馆的教育职能,是努力提高大学生文化素养的有效途径。 College libraries are the core of reference and information in colleges. It is an academic institution to serve teaching and research. The educational function of the college library should be fully carried on to effectively promote the cultural qualities of college students.
