摘 要: 应用单螺杆挤出机制备了高密度聚乙烯/尼龙6(HDPE/PA6)混合物。研究了其在剪切和拉伸流场中的形态演变。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了HPDE/PA6混合物的形态,应用NIH图像处理软件对SEM照片进行了分析。结果表明:分散相PA6液滴的形成和破裂对剪切与拉伸流场的作用非常敏感,在拉伸流场作用下,更容易形成层状PA6分散相。 Blend of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polyamide-6 (PA6) was prepared by extrusion mixing. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was applied to determine the morphology evaluation of the blend. The SEM photomicrographs were analyzed using national institute health (NIH) Image. The results showed that drop deformation and breakup were sensitive to both shear and extensional flow fields. Extensional flow was more effective than shear flow in generating well-developed laminar PA6 phase.
