摘　　要： 企业治理结构是企业资本结构“镜像”,即为企业资本结构功能的“反射映照”。企业资本结构调整时,必然会要求调整企业的治理结构。经济环境中的因素作用,影响企业资本结构改变的手段和途径,进而调整资本结构的属性、功能,并将其通过企业治理结构形成“镜像”反射———企业资本结构属性、功能的映射。 Enterprise administers structure is the structure of enterprise capital “mirror picture”, for enterprise capital structural function “reflection shines upon”. Enterprise capital structural adjustment will inevitably ask to adjust enterprise administer structure. The factor role in economic environment affects channel and the means of enterprise capital structural change, adjust function and the property of capital structure, and will administer structure through enterprise to form “mirror picture” reflection： enterprise capital structural property, function shine upon.
