撑绿杂交竹的制浆性能分析

摘  要: 本文对已经在广西推广培育的名优竹种撑绿杂交竹3号、6号及其母本撑蒿竹、父本大绿竹的制浆性能进行了研究。其蒸煮结果表明,在相同得率的情况下,撑绿杂交竹3号粗浆的卡伯值最低,特性粘度最高;在用碱量相同的情况下,撑绿杂交竹3号的卡伯值最低,比其它三种竹子易于蒸煮。这说明撑绿杂交竹3号的蒸煮性能优于其它三种竹种。此外,对于上述四种竹种的卡伯值相近的蒸煮浆漂白结果表明,在获得相近卡伯值的情况下,相对于撑绿杂交竹6号及其父本大绿竹、母本撑篙竹而言,撑绿杂交竹3号在纸浆白度及粘度方面具有一定的优势,其漂白性能优于其它三种竹种。 In this paper, the pulping properties of the crossbred bamboos Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# and 6# which have been widely cultured in Guangxi, and those of their female bamboo Bambusa Pervariabilis Mc Clure and male bamboo Big Bambusa lodhamii Munro were studted. The cooking results of these bamboos show that among them, when the cooking yields are the same, the Kappa number of Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# pulp is the lowest, and its characteristic viscosity is the highest. Moreover, under the same alkali charges, the Kappa number of Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# pulp is the lowest. So, Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# is easier to cook than the others. These mean the cooking characterization of Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# is better than the other three bamboos. In addition, the bleaching results of aforementioned bamboos pulps with similar Kappa numbers show that the pulp of Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# has higher brightness and viscosity, and so its bleachabitity is better than that of the other three bamboos pulps.
