摘　　要： 文章结合图书馆现阶段岗位聘任工作,阐述在图书馆设立学术馆员荣誉职位,是促进图书馆更好地完成当前工作任务的可行性措施,是图书馆先进生产力要素的重新组合。 Combing the present reform of the personnel system, the author expounds the establishment of honorary academic librarians. The reform is regarded as practical measure to successfully carry out the library work, and the important element in the reorganization of advanced productive forces in libraries.
