摘　　要： 介绍了有限元软件ANSYS在功率超声领域中的应用,通过实例说明ANSYS为超声振动系统的设计以及振动系统辐射声场的计算,提供了计算机辅助分析途径。 This paper describes the applications of finite element software ANSYS in power ultrasound,and some examples of application are given. The resuh shows ANSYS is a very good computer aided analysis approach for the calculation of radiation sound field of vibration system as well as the design of ultrasonic vibration system.
