摘　　要： 高等中医临床教学需要科学制定临床教学管理制度,包括制订并严格执行临床教学管理文件,以制度化促进临床教学管理规范;落实临床教学质量管理工作,规范带教行为、实施临床质量、临床教学质量双检测;加强教学质量评估的检测功能,提高临床科室教学质量。充分发挥临床带教教师的主导作用;充分发挥学生的学习主动性。结果临床教学质量有所提高,毕业生临床实践考试成绩逐年提高。 Higher clinical teaching of Chinese medicine needs to establish management system, which includes working out and strictly carrying out management documents to promote standardized management of clinical teaching by means of systems with the purposes of fulfilling clinical teaching quality management, standardizing teaching behavior, testing clinical quality and clinical teaching quality, strengthening teaching quality monitoring function, and improving teaching level of the clinical teaching sections. Both clinical teachers＇ guiding function and students＇ learning initiative can be fully developed. Therefore, clinical teaching quality is increased and students＇ grade in clinical practice is improved every year.
