摘 要: 采用反胶束法制备TiO2纳米溶胶,利用浸渍提拉方法制备TiO2薄膜,通过对膜进行紫外可见光谱分析,探讨了影响TiO2纳米膜厚度和禁带宽的各种因素.实验结果表明:溶液的配比、陈化时间、热处理温度、涂覆次数等都将直接影响二氧化钛薄膜的紫外光谱和禁带宽. The TiO2 sol was made by the reverse micelle method and the TiO2 films were fabricated by dip-coating methods under different operating conditions. The thickness and the bandgap of TiO2 nano films were calculated by using the UV- VIS spectra of the films. The results show that components of the reverse micelle solution, aging time, heat treatment and dip coating times would affect the UV- VIS spectra, thickness, and the bandgap of titanium dioxide films.
