In the research the dialectical combination is strengthened on philosophy ＆ non - philosoply, reduction ＆ holism, eastern thoughts and weatem science etc.. Here in this paper we emphasize pansystems truth model （pansystems variational principle） which is a generalization of classical one in mathernatics and physics science to various disciplines including systems- cybernetics, - information sciences, philosophy, technology, medicine, humanities, sociology, history, etc..
