摘 要: 采用化学方法定性、UV及HPLC法测定罗汉果叶中氨基酸、茶多酚、黄酮含量。实验结果表明罗汉果叶含氨基酸5.82%、茶多酚1.61%、黄酮1.62%,具有较高的饮用价值,适用于饮料。 The contents of amino acids, tea poly-phenols and flavones in Momordica Grosvenori leaf were determined by the chemical qualitative method, UV and HPLC. The results indicated that Momordica Grosvenori leaf contains amino acids 5. 82 %, tea poly-phenols 1.61% and flavones 1.62 %. With a relatively high nutritive value, it can be used to make beverages.
