摘 要: 介绍了车牌半成品自动生产线系统中的烘干系统,传统的烘干系统大多凭工程经验设定系统输入值,往往达不到系统要求的蒸发速率,并且能耗浪费严重。本文通过对外部环境参量的检测和内部状态变量的反馈来确定其能量最优的静态工作点以及相应的最优控制算法。从蒸发模型入手,分析系统临界工作时内部状态变量的规律,再结合湿度模型和温度模型,在临界工作线上找到湿度和温度的最优工作点,以及在平衡点附近的最优控制算法和控制的具体实现方法。 This paper illuminates the drying system modeling of vehicle license auto -product -line. The system input parameters value of traditional drying system mostly depends on the project experience,it often could not meet the system requirement of the evaporating speed,and the energy waste is serious. This paper figures out the optimum static state work point and optimum control algorithm,through detecting the external environment parameter and internal state variable feedback. Based on the evaporates model, analysis system interior state variable rule under critical work condition ,and recombination humidity model and temperature model ,it figures out optimum work point in the critical work condition ,as well as optimum control algorithm around the balance point and the realization of control concrete.
