摘　　要： 管理层引进QFII时,希望取得吸引更多资金、引导投资理念变革等积极效应。实证分析表明,QFII的运行基本上达到了预期效果。为充分发挥QFII的积极效应,应该加大引进QFII的力度,完善对QFII的监管,提升证券市场的吸引力。 Government introduced QFII to absorb more fund, to guide a new investment idea and so on, The fact shows that the operation of QFII has achieved an expected effect. It suggests that in order to bring into full play of QFII, we should adopt measures such as introducing more QFII, perfecting the control of QFII and improving absorbing capability of stock market in China.
