摘　　要： 电子元器件失效率随温度上升而升高,主要研究热管散热器在电子设备中的应用,简述一种微型热管的原理、制作及散热性能的简易检测、判断方法。 Lose effsctiveness rate of electron cell goes up with the rising of temperation. The article research mainly how to raise the effect of transmissing energy in electron power radiator. It briefly describe the principle and manufacture of a mini heat tubular and the convenient method of its quality and trans mission energy function.
