摘 要: 生物界中,遗传与变异现象十分普遍,没有遗传,各色物种就不可能延续发展,没有变异,各色物种就不可能有进化。依照生物遗传与变异法则,将不同型号的新产品设计视为可由具有同一特性基因的标准构件通过继承与变异迅速得到。研究了产品设计中特性基因的继承与变异原理,结合参数化设计软件包Pro/Engineer2001 来说明新构件在大批量定制产品开发设计过程中继承与变异的实现过程。 The inheritance and variation phenomena are very common in biology. No inheriting, no continuall development of all kinds of spcies;and no variation, no their evolution. Following the rules of inheritance and variation in biology, different new product design can be considered as a certain kind of inheritance and viriation from standard components according to alike characteristic gene. The theory of inheritance and variation of characteristic gene is discussed;and meanwhile the inheritance and variation process of the mass customization product design for new component is elucidated using the parameter design software Pro/Engineer 2001.
