摘　　要： 远程视频监控系统是现代矿井安全生产监控系统的重要组成部分。本文介绍了一种基于MPEG4的网络视频服务器的设计与实现。该设备实现了实时视频MPEG4编码压缩,并通过嵌入式操作系统实现视频流的网络传输功能,符合当今视频监控技术的发展和应用推广。 Remote video monitor system is an important part of safe production monitor system in modern mine. In this paper, the design and realization of network video servicer based on MPEG4 are introduced. The equipment realizes real-time MPEG 4 coded concentration of video, and the network transmission function of concentrated video stream by means of embedded operating system, according conforming to with the development and application of modern video monitor technology.
