摘　　要： 减少粮食生产,扩大蔬菜种植,是西部部分县域近些年来经济结构调整的一个方向。但目前西部县域蔬菜产业发展中存在不少问题,诸如菜农技术能力偏低,蔬菜种植品种分散,市场建设滞后,市场秩序混乱,社会服务体系不健全等等。面对这种情况,加快西部县域蔬菜产业的发展,应该采取如下政策措施:加强市场建设,组建流通企业;加强市场监管,规范市场秩序;完善蔬菜栽培技术推广体系;加强规划引导,建立品种基地;改进蔬菜包装,创新交易方式;建立健全社会服务体系。 Recently,to reduce grain production and increase vegetable cultivation is one of the directions of economy restructure strategies in western China′s counties.But there still exists many problems in the development of county-level vegetable industry in western China,such as the actual lower production technology,too wide range of breeds of vegetable,the lower speed of market construction,the market disorder,and the imperfect of social service system,etc.Under these conditions,the following measures ought to be taken to promote greater development of western China′s county-level vegetable industry: firstly,to reinforce market construction and to set up some distribution firms;secondly,to make market inspections and keep market in good order;thirdly,to perfect the spreading system of vegetable planting technology;fourthly,to reinforce government guidance and establish breeds planting base;fifthly,to improve vegetable package ways and innovate new trade modes;lastly,to reform social service system.
