摘 要: 本文从现行企业效绩评价指标体系入手,介绍企业效绩评价指标的基本框架及特点,并对基本指标及其运用进行肯定,结合部分修正指标在实际操作过程中存在的问题,提出相应的改进和完善的指标和方法。 This paper begin with the newly promulgate evaluation target's system which is used to evaluate the efficiency and achievement of enterprise .Introduces the basic frame of the evaluation target and characteristics. Describes the fundamental target and utilization,and combine the quesstion that eoist in the amendatory target puts forward relevant improvement and of perfection in the light of practical operating?
