摘 要: 为了进一步完善钢渣高温重构技术,采用煤渣、闷罐钢渣等废渣与电炉还原渣配制了用于钢渣重构的复合组分调节材料,考察了高温重熔后复合组分调节材料的体积稳定性与胶凝性能.结果表明:电炉还原渣与煤渣或闷罐钢渣以合适比例复合配制的组分调节材料,经1200℃重熔后能保持良好的体积稳定性,其复合组分调节材料胶凝性能显著超过电炉还原渣及重构钢渣. Compound modifier used for reconstruction of steel slag was prepared by electric arc furnace reduced slag (EAFS), cinder and tank-type hot disintegrating steel slag (THDSS) and its volume stability and cementing performance were investigated. Results show that combinating with THDSS or cinder in an appropriate proportion, EAFS maintain favorable volume stability after remelting under 1200℃. Cementing Performance of modifier exceeds that of EAFS and reconstructed steel slag significantly.
