摘　　要： 以和谐社会理念为指导,对运动员与政治、经济和文化等社会关系进行论述。提出确定运动员社会化外界环境建设目标要考虑的重点问题:构建运动队组织的政治文明;使经济的发展与运动员的社会化形成良性循环和互动;使运动员的全面发展与竞技体育文化相互作用。 With the guidance of the ideal of harmonious society,the paper discusses the social relationship between athletes and politics,economics and culture.It puts forward a key point in determining the aim of building the socialized environment for athletes: constructing the political civilization in sports teams,forming a optimum circulation and interaction between the development of economy and the socialization of athletes,building the interaction between the overall development of athletes and the culture of competitive sports.
