摘　　要： 分析了中小软件企业对高职软件人才的迫切需求,认证了高职软件技术专业与中小软件企业的合作意义,并积极探索与实践定位于中小企业的软件专业人才培养模式的改革,为其具体的实施提出了切入点。 This paper analyzes the small and medium software enterprises urgent need for software talents in higher vocational education,which justifies the significance of the cooperation between software technique program and the small and medium software enterprises.It also proposes the approach to implement the reform of talent cultivation model,whose positioning lies in small and medium software enterprises.
