摘　　要： 本文结合模型研究了风险投资过程的三方互动契约关系,籍此分析了影响风险投资契约履行效率的因素,同时研究了风险投资制度的实施机制。 This thesis analyses Interactive relations between three venture capital contracts combining a model and study the perform efficiency factor of venture capital contracts, then thesis study implementation mechanisms of the venture capital system.
