摘　　要： 单一过错归责理论目前仍然是我国法学界的主流观点。然而,现代生活危险化、社会关系连带化和社会思潮多元化的事实,却使得归责基础的多元化成为必然趋势。过错、危险、牵连关系和致害行为组成的多元归责体系是开放的、有层次的。危险责任、替代责任和原因责任的立法应当一般条款化。 The single fault liability theory is still the mainstream view in China’s law circle at present. However, the facts that modern life has turned to be more dangerous, that social relationship has become more implicated and that social thoughts have become more polarized, make the diversification of the imputation basis an unavoidable trend. A diversified imputation system taking into consideration fault, danger, implications and injurious acts is an open and hierarchical system. Danger liability, substitution liability and causation liability should be made the general clause through legislation.
