摘 要: 选择我国有代表性的黑土、红壤、潮土,研究了应用比色法测定土壤腐殖质组分方法。结果显示,比色法测定腐植酸、富里酸和胡敏酸含量与常规重铬酸钾容量法测定结果皆呈极显著相关(显著水平≥1%),其直线回归的复相关系数R2分别为:0.9529、0.7049和0.8845。分别分析不同土类2种方法的相关性,结果表明:在黑土、红壤中腐植酸、富里酸和胡敏酸用比色法与容量法测定皆呈极显著相关。但在潮土中,只有腐植酸用两种方法测定的结果相关性达到1%显著水平,可见在有机质含量较低的潮土中,应用比色法测定土壤腐殖质组分的方法需要进一步研究。此外,应用比色法测定土壤腐殖质组分应选择同一类型的土壤提取的腐植酸、胡敏酸和富里酸作为标准以提高估测的准确性。 The colorimetric method of extracted soil humic substances was studied in three types of soil including black soil,red soil and fluvo-aquic soil.The results showed there were significant correlations among the contents of total extracted soil humic substances,fulvic and humic acid measured by colorimetric method with wet oxidation and by titration method,and their multiple correlation coefficients(R2) were 0.9529,0.7049 and 0.8845.The correlation coefficients of the data measured by two methods were very hi...
