摘 要: 烤烟生长显著地受根际PH的影响。伸根期时,处于弱酸性条件下的烟株长势最强,其叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶绿体Hill反应强度、NR和GPT活性*及氨基氮含量均高于中性及弱碱性条件;旺长期时,弱碱性(pH≤8.0)处理的植株生长加快,碳氮代谢水平增高,超过中性及弱酸性处理。随根际pH值从5.5升高至8.0,烤烟对硝态氮的吸收减少,而对被态氮的吸收增加,吸克总量则呈上升趋势。酸性条件下烟株现蕾较中性及碱性条件下提早5~6天。根际pH7.5和pHS.0的干物质积累量最多。 The results of grit-cultured experiment showed that the flue-cured tobacco's growth,photosynthetic property, NR and GPT activity and amino-N content under weak acid conditions were superior to those under weak basicity conditions. The flue-cured totacco's growth and nitrogen metabolism were relatively vigorous under weak basicity conditions during the peak period. With the rising of pH value NO-N absorbed by the flue-cured tobacco decreased while NH-N absorbed by the flue-cured tobacco increased. The total nitrogen content also had a rising trend. The flue-cured tobacco with low pH matured five to six days earlier than that with high PH value. The dry matter yield had no notable difference between PH7. 5 and pH8. 0,but was positively higher than that with neutral and weak acid.
