甘蔗叶片碳、氮代谢与产量、品质关系研究初探
STUDIES ON THE CORRELATIONS AMONG METABOLISMS OF FOLIAR CARBOHYDRATE AND NITROGEN AND CANE YIELD AND QUALITY IN SUGARCANE

摘  要: 本试验选用10个不同甘蔗基因型,在大田条件下研究结果如下:1.伸长初期叶片碳、氮代谢之间及其与产量之间有密切的正相关;成熟期叶片蔗糖代谢和氮代谢与蔗茎蔗糖分呈显著的正相关和负相关。2.通径分析表明:在伸长盛期,叶片蔗糖合成强度和硝酸还原酶活性的遗传效应对产量的直接作用和互作效应都居首位,酸性转化酶活性通过二者对产量的正向间接作用也较大;在工艺成熟期,叶片中性转化酶活性和叶片蔗糖含量的遗传效应对蔗茎蔗糖分的直接作用和互作效应居首位,叶片酸性转化酶活性的环境效应对蔗茎蔗糖分的直接作用和互作效应最大,但以负值为主,叶片水分和叶片蛋白质与酸性转化酶活性呈极显著正相关。 Ten genotypes of sugarcane were studied under field conditions.Ten results were as follows:1.At primary elongation stage,there was a positive correlation between metabolisms of carbohydrate and nitrogen which had a close positive relation with can yield. At maturity stage,there were significant positive and negative correlations among metabolisms of sucrose and nitrogen in leaves and sucrose content of cane,respectively.2.Path coefficient analysis showed:(1)At maximum elongation stage,the hereditary effects of sucrose biosynthesis intensity and NRA'sctivty had the highest positive direct effect and interactive effect on cane yield.(2)During maturing period,the hereditary effects of neutral invertase activity and leaf's sucrose content possessed the highest direct and interactive effects on sucrose content of cane.The environmental effect of acid invertase activity had the highest direct and interactive effects on sucrose content of cane.There were significant positive correlations among moisture content and protien content of leaf and activity of acid invertase.
