影响松毛虫赤眼蜂寄生亚洲玉米螟的因子观察

摘  要: 在室内以寄主的地理种群、产卵底物、寄主卵龄期及冷藏与否、寄生蜂的饲养寄主以及蜂卵相对密度等作为试验因子,观察了松毛虫赤眼蜂对亚洲玉米螟的接受程度、寄生能力及其影响因子。结果表明,蜂的饲养寄主是一个重要因子,用柞蚕卵育出的蜂比用米蛾卵育出的蜂寄生能力强约1倍多。寄主卵龄期是另一个重要因子。随着寄主卵龄的增加,蜂与寄主卵的相对接触次数、寄生成功的雌蜂比例、卵粒寄生率和每雌产卵量都急剧下降。在26℃下当寄主卵龄从0—6小时增加到18—24小时时,上述寄生指标就下降了一半多。而其余供试因子影响不显著。本文结果还表明,虽然亚洲玉米螟不是松毛虫赤眼蜂嗜好的寄主,但在适宜条件下,松毛虫赤眼蜂对亚洲玉米螟的卵粒寄生率可达50%—60%,表现出一定的控制潜能,可在玉米螟防治中加以利用。 The effects of geographical differences of host populations, materials of basements loaded with host eggs, egg ages and whether or not refrigerated, host species for rearing and relative densities of the parasite and host egg on the acceptability and parasitism of Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura to the eggs of Asian corn borer Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee) were studied in laboratory. The results showed that the parasitiza-tion of T. dendrolimi produced from eggs of perny silkworm Antheraea pernyi Guerin-Meneville was more than twice as that from rice moth Corcyra cephalonica (Stainton). The contact times of parasite to host eggs, ratio of female parasites that had successfully parasitized, parasitization and fecundity of female parasites were significantly reduced with the increase of host eggs. Under 26 ℃ , as the age of host eggs was up to 18 - 24 hours old, the parasitic indices mentioned above were both less than one half times as much as those of 0-6 hours old. Whilst the effects of other factors were negligible. It was indicated that, although Asian corn borer is not a preferable host for T. dendrolimi, the paratization can be up to 50% -60% under suitable conditions, i. e. this species of parasite is also available for biological control of Asian corn borer.
