摘 要: 应用有限差分法求得干燥过程中各向同性农业物料内部各层(点)温度水分计算式,再以苹果干燥试验测得其内部温度水分,与该法计算机模拟结果相比较,证实该法是可行的。 In this paper,temperature and moisture content of each layer(point)in agriculturalmaterial during drying process have been obtained by applying the finite difference calculus,thencompared with experimental data gained by drying on apple,They verify the application of the fi-nite difference calculus is feasible.
