摘 要: 采用动态粘弹仪研究了红麻热机械性质,结果表明,红麻经碱性亚钠预处理后,亲水能力增加,弹性模量下降,软化温度提前,由最大损耗模量推算,适宜的磨浆温度为80~90℃,因此,磨浆在常压下即可进行并可获得较好的浆质量。 The viscoehstic property of kenaf was studied with rheovibron. It resulted that the swelling ability increased and the elastic modulus and softening temperature(TG)de-creased after sodium sulfite pretreatment,Calculated by the maximum loss modulus,thCbetter refining temperature should be at 80℃~90℃ So the cooked kenaf can refine at at-mospheric pressure with a good pulp quality.
