摘　　要： 本文分析了高等医学院校图书馆与医学情报机构情报研究的差距及产生这一差距的原因,探讨了高等医学院校图书馆的优势,并提出了扩大情报研究人员队伍和强化情报意识,实行专、兼职人员的分工合作,成立校内医学情报专家系统,保持工作的连续性等建议。 The gaps in information work between medical information institutes and libraries in medical colleges and universities and their reasons were analysed in this paper. The superiorities of medical college and university libraries were discussed and following suggestions were proposed: 1. to enlarge the information contingent and to intensify their information consciousness; 2. to enforce division of labor and cooperation between professional and part-time staffs; 3. to establish medical information expert system in the compus; 4. to keep the continuity of medical information work.
