摘 要: 应用毛细管流变仪,考察了实验条件下低密度聚乙烯/线性低密度聚乙烯(LDPE/LLDPE)共混物熔体挤出胀大行为及其影响因素。结果表明:挤出胀大比(B)与剪切应力成幂律关系,而与口型长径比成反比;在混合比为60/40附近(B)出现极大值。 The extrudate swell bchaviours and their influential factors of LDPE and LLDPE blend melts were investigated in the experiment.The results showed that the relationship between the die swell ratio B and the shear stress at wall obeyed the power law,and B was an inverse mcasurc of the length-diameter ratio of die and B had maximum at blending ratio 60:40.
