摘 要: 选用聚乙烯、弹性体SBS、高分了改性剂PM和无机填料滑石粉对聚丙烯进行改性,结果表明:聚乙烯、弹性体SBS的加入,可提高PP复合材料的缺口冲击强度。高分子改性剂改善了PP和滑石粉(talc)之间的粘合力,无机填料滑石粉可控制PP复合材料的成型收缩率和密度。对于配比为PP:PE:SBS:PM:talc=(30~70):(10~20):(5~10):(5~10):(10~30)的改性聚丙烯,可用于模塑成型汽车水箱面罩。 Polypropylene (PP) was modified by polyethylene (PE), thermoplastic elastomer SBS, polymer modifier (PM) and inorganic filler talc. The results showed that the notched impact strength of polypropylene composite could be improved with adding PE and SBS. Polymer modifier enhanced intcrfacial adhesion between PP and talc. The moulding shrinkage and density of PP composite could be controlled with inorganic filler talc. The modified PP, which PP/PE/SBS/PM /talc was 30 - 70/10 - 20/5 - 10/5 - 1.0/10 - 30, could be moulded into protector of water tank of vehicle.
