摘 要: 本文以佛罗里达平菇、鲍鱼菇及桃红平菇为材料,研究了食用菌原生质体的单核化、诱变及融合。单核化的原生质体用u.v.照射60秒时,缺陷型突变率约为0.3%。实验表明,电融合方法所得的融合于主要是非整倍体,所得融合子能明显地改善亲本的酶学特性,这对提高菌种对基质的利用率是非常有意义的。 The monokaryodization,induction and fusion of protoplasts of pleurotus florida,P.cystidiosus and P.salmoneos-tramineus were studied in this paier.The experiment indicated that many protoplasts were monokaryon in two species of Pleurotus. The apparent mutant frequency of protoplasts was 0.3% after they were irradiated 60 seconds by U.V.light. The result also showed that aneuploid had the enzyme characteristics of two parents.
