摘　　要： 较系统全面地总结了国内外跨流域调水工程建设的历史与现状，分析了这类工程研究与建设的特点和前景，从而为我国南水北调等跨流域调水工程的研究与建设提供了经验． This paper systematically summarizes the history and current situation of the development of interbasin water transfers at home and abroad and points out its characteristics and future. Some experiences are provided for the development of South water to North Project of China.
