摘 要: 人因失误研究包括个体特性和组织管理两大方面。基于我国目前的状况,本文更着重人员的社会属性和精神属性,强调组织管理对人员可靠性的贡献。在此基础上,综合利用组织行为学、管理心理学和可靠性技术手段,构造了人员可靠性管理系统。该系统力图时人误问题提供广泛的和完善的管理模式,它的有效选取决于全企业从上到下的通力合作。 The research on human error includes study of individual characteristics and organization management.Based on the present situation of our country,this paper pays much attention to the personal social and mental attributes and emphasizes the role of orga nization management to human reliability.Based on these,the management system of human reliability is formed by comprehensive utilization of organizational bchavior theory,managerial psychology and reliability technology.This system strives to give a idely and perfectly management model on human error.Its effectivity is depended on the full cooperation fwrom top to bottom in whole industry.
