摘 要: 研究了Ni/ZrO2、Ni/ZSM、Ni/TiO2-ZrO2、Ni/Y/ZrO2和Ni/Ce/ZrO2等系列镍基催化剂,在常压固定床流动反应装置上考察了催化剂在甲烷选择性氧化制合成气中的催化活性与选择性。研究了载体、金属镍担载量及稀土添加物对催化剂性能的影响。考察了不同反应温度、空速及烷氧比条件下的催化反应性能。结果表明,稀土促进的Ni/ZrO2体系是良好的甲烷选择氧化制合成气催化剂。当反应温度高于700℃、空速为2.84×105ml/g·h,烷氧比为2时,甲烷单程转化率>92%,CO+H2选择性>90%。 series of Ni-based catalysts such as Ni/ZrO2, Ni/ZSM, Ni/TiO2-ZrO2, Ni/Y/ZrO2 and Ni/Ce/ZrO2 were prepared. Their catalytic activity and selectivity for selective oxidation of methane to syngas were evaluated in a flowing fixed-bed reactor. The effects of support, Ni content, and rare earth(RE) additives on the catalytic performance were also investigated under the conditions of different temperatures, space velocities, and methane to oxygen ratios. The results show that RE-promoted Ni/ZrO2 catalysts are preferred for selective oxidation of methane to syngas. The single-pass conversion of methane is higher than 92% and selectivity to CO and H2 is more than 90% at >700℃ and a space velocity of 2. 84 × 105ml/g. h with a CH4/O molar ratio of 2.
