摘 要: 本文对改性POM和PTFE共混合金的力学性能、加工性能和摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,PTFB的加入,使改性POM的力学性能和加工性能劣化,但由于PTFE转移膜的存在,摩擦磨损性能得到改善。为制备高性能自润滑POM新材料,PTFE的含量应控制在5~10份。 The mechanical properties, processibility, frictional and abrasive properties of alloy of modified POM and PTFE were investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties and processibility were lowered,and the frictional and abrasive properties of modified POM were improved for the existence of transmission films of PTFE with the adding of PTFE.
