摘 要: 从患暴发性传染病的中国对虾组织中分离了一种病毒,经差速离心、密度梯度离心及Shepharose2B柱层析纯化了一种形状为杆状的病毒。提纯病毒核酸电泳为一条带,分子量为20kb。将提纯病毒免疫新西兰兔获得较高效价的抗血清并初步建立了酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测方法。可在六小时内完成对样品的检测,检测灵敏度达60纳克(ng)。 A baculovirus(288×62.5nm) was isolated from hepatopancreas of infected Penaeus chinensis during an epizootic in Shanghai suburbs.The virus was purified by gradient centrifugationand Sepharose 2B chromatography.The viral nucleic acid is DNA of m.w.ca.20kb by agarose gel electrophoresis.An antiserum was prepared and indirect ELISA developed for the virus detection in the penaeid shrimp with gratifying results.
