摘 要: 本文用玉米杂交种中单14号及其两亲本的苗期叶片,进行了叶片叶绿素荧光动力学测定.结果表明,与两亲本相比,玉米杂交种叶绿体类囊体膜的光系统Ⅱ还原侧有较大的PQ电荷库,可以加快两个光系统间的非循环电子传递速率.杂交种光系统Ⅱ活性较强,光能转化效率较高,同时,还具有较大的光合单位.这些均有利于光能吸收和提高光能转化效率及光合作用速率。DCIP光还原活力测定结果支持了上述分析. The parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics of hybrid leaves proved that the PQ pool(CA/Fo)on the reduction side of PS Ⅱ in hybrid maize was larger than in its parents and higher quenching rate of variable fluorescence as compared with its parents,which were related to the photosynthetic electron transport and proton gradient in thylakoid membrane. Besides,hybrid maize possessed larger photosynthetic unit(T).All this characters were of benefit for raising the efficiency of light energy and rate of photosynthesis.The DCIP photoreduction rate of hybrid and its parents was in accordance with analysed above.
