摘　　要： 通过对大连石化公司炼油厂用能情况的调研分析，阐述了深入节能降耗的基本观念和全面规划的重要意义，着重论述了总流程与能量综合优化之间的密切关系，并针对老装置深入节能及系统优化提出了改进建议。 Based on the investigation into the energy utilization in the refinery of Dalian Petrochemical Corporation, the basic ideas for further energy-saving and consumption-reducing as well as thesignificance of the overall planning in refineries are pointed out. The close relationship between the processflow planning and the comprehensive optimization of energy utilization is emphasized. Some suggestions onenergy-saving and system optimization for the existed refineries are presented.
