摘 要: 介绍了折流杆螺纹槽管用于管外沸腾传热强化试验及其传热计算模型。模型计算及试验表明,折流杆螺纹槽管比一般光管强化沸腾传热高1.4倍左右。在实际的Kettle再沸器应用中,除能提高换热效率外,还提高了管束抗流体诱导振动破坏的能力。 In this paper,the enhanced heat transfer experiment of the RODbafflespiral groove tubes used in boiling outside the tube and its heat transfer computa-tion models are described.The calculative and experimental results show that heattransfer coefficient of the RODbaffle spiral groove tubes used in boiling is about 1.4times as high as that of an ordinary plain tubes.The application to a kettle reboilernot only increases heat transfer efficiency,but also solves vibration problems of thetube bundle induced by flow.
