摘 要: 以一个聚合物分离的过程系统为工业背景,在分析和经济学应用的基础上,运用三环节能量综合方法进行了能量综合和工艺改进的同时优化,即能耗和物耗目标同时优化的研究。结果表明,三环节方法能成功地运用于这种情况,对背景过程的研究所形成的改进方案,可在投资回收期不到一年的条件下,使分离系统的能耗降低60%,主要溶剂消耗量减少87%。 Based on exergy analysis and exergoeconomics application,this paper studies the simultane-ous optimization of energy and material targets of a polymer separation system. For this purpose,the systematic process integration method the three-links method(TLM),has been applied.The application proved that TLM can be used very well for this new field.The results of the si-multaneous optimization on the separation system show that a reduction of more than 60%in energy consumption,and a decrease of 87%in main material loss can be realized within an investment recovery period Of less than one year.
