摘 要: 研究了复合热锻及热处理工艺对Ti-36Al-2Mn合金显微组织的影响。试验结果表明.两次热锻之间穿插的热处理工艺,直接影响着最终热变形和热处理显微组织.其中.中间采用双温热处理工艺,则得到均匀、细小的显微组织,晶粒平均直径约为20μm. The effects of the hot-forging and heat treatment processes on the microstructure of Ti-36Al 2Mn(wt% ) alloy were studied. The results showed that heat treatment technology between two hot-forgings has a direct effect on final heat deformation and microstructure,and uniform,finer grains (average diameter 20μm) could be gained by multi-steps heat treatmtnt.
