摘　　要： 将震压式造型机改装成活塞式气垫微震压实造型机，并采用将气垫腔和震铁设计成一体、撞击面置于机构内部的结构，具有简单、紧凑、制造方便、噪声小等优点。 The jolt squeezer machine is seqited into slight shock squeeze moueding machine in piston with pneumatic cushion. The pneumatic cushion carity is integrated with jolt piston in the construction, and the strike plane is located in the inside of mechanism. This machine has the adrantages, such sa being simple and compactin construction,easy to be made, less level in noise.
