摘　　要： 提出了一个比半环和分配格序半群更一般的概念──双半环，讨论了双半环的一些基本性质，对一类双半环的同余给出了刻划。 The notion of bi-semirings is introduced,which is a generalization of semirings and distributive lattice-ordered semigroups. Some fundarnental properties of bi-semirings are discussed and a characterization of congruences on certain bi-semirings is described by the concept of strong ideals.
