摘　　要： 湘潭钢铁公司新建３号高炉的投产，使其高炉煤气洗涤水的污水量增大了１／３，而现有的沉淀池处理系统难以有效地处理。应用新型高效絮凝剂Ｐ－２，可以显著提高细颗粒的沉降效果，使沉淀池溢流水的浊度降低至２２．２ｍｇ／Ｌ，从而达到了利用现有沉淀池系统处理３台高炉煤气洗涤污水之目的。 The operation of recently-built blast-furnace of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Corp.resulted in a one-third increase in sewage amount of wash water from blast furnace gas washing.Therefore,it was difficult for the existing settling ponds to effectively process it. Dramaticallyincreased flocculation effect of fine particles can be achieved by using P-2,a new flocculant,reducing its turbidity to 22. 2 mg/L.
