摘 要: 分析了由于我国乙烯工业原料偏重导致装置投资、能耗和生产成本过高及进一步发展受到限制等问题,提出了用好国内外天然气资源中的乙烷和丙烷轻烃、优化乙烯工业原料构成的战略。提出了大型油气田回收乙烷和丙烷并就近建乙烯厂,新建乙烯装置半数采用轻烃为原料并在中小气田或液化天然气(LNG)终端站附近建乙烯厂,在沿海LNG接收站采用“热冷电化”四结合技术最优利用液化天然气的冷能、分离乙烷和丙烷、生产乙烯、贮存进口液态乙烯,能源进口企业联合起来从买产品转向投资海外、开发建设湿天然气和油气联合资源基地,发展“液化天然气化工”5项具体建议。 Problems of ethylene industry in China resulting from heavy feedstock were analyzed, which include:high capital investment, high energy consumption, high cost, and in consequence constraint to further development of ethylene industry. Strategy to use from resources natural gas both domestic and abroad which are mainly ethane and propane as raw material of ethylene industry is proposed. Suggestions are presented: ( 1 )recover ethane and propane from big domestic oil -gas fields and transfer to nearby ethylene plants as feed stocks;(2) half of new ethylene plants in China should be built near gas fields or liquid natural gas (LNG)terminals,using ethane and propane as feedstocks; (3)apply “ combined cold, heat and power”( CCHP )technology at coastal LNG terminals to optimally utilize cold energy of LNG, for separation of ethane and propane, production of ethylene and storing imported liquefied ethylene; (4) all the authorized energy importing enterprises should cooperate and head to invest abroad and to exploit oil -gas resources, especially wet natural gas resources; (5)develop a new concept of“ liquefied natural gas chemical industry”.
